Apivita Review
What is Apivita?
Apivita is a product based on the idea that it is "inspired by Greek plant life." They have sold skin and hair products since 1979, and now sell over 300 products in 16 different countries, but mostly through pharmacies. They market toward those with sensitive skin as well as men and women alike. On the good side, they do have test on animals. But there is no money back guarantee, and they say it may irritate skin.
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
There are no full ingredients lists. But Apivita does have spot treatments which include ingredients such as salicylic acid, jojoba oil, almond oil, panthenol, apiwhite, grape seed, vitamin e, allantoin, and glycolic acid. These are supposedly the "active ingredients." But most of them are moisturizers. If these are the "active ingredients", what ingredients account for the rest, fillers? And frankly, we don't really see "Greek plant life" in or surrounding that mix.
Overall Impression of Apivita:
We have seen quite a few companies lately who are generally based out of Europe and base their advertising on the idea that they and only they provide the secrets of countries like France, Italy, and Greece. Either that or they claim to gather and process all their ingredients themselves, which is not only unlikely, but impossible. That aside, Apivita does not have a leg to stand on, and you would be wasting your money with their product.
